Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a strong proficiency in building and customizing Salesforce solutions. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative Salesforce applications to meet the evolving needs of our organization and clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required - Computer Science, MIS or equivalent.
Minimum 4-6 years of experience as a salesforce developer.
Team Management.
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
should communicate effectively with clients.
A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment.
Interested in developing their professional network through participation in technology user groups, networking events, and technology organizations.
Must demonstrate a willingness to put in the extra effort (extended work hours, participate in events outside of standard working hours) for Clients, Partners, and personal growth.
Be a great team member and support the development of others.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities judiciously.
Strong commitment to customer service, employee efficiency, and company growth.
Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Should be strong in Apex, Visual force.
Should have extensive experience in integration and Configuration.
Should have very good technical problem-solving skills.
Should have led small to medium-sized teams.
Ability to mentor junior staff.
Salesforce.com Developer 1 certification is mandatory.
Experience with data migration from traditional systems to the Salesforce platform using the API and data load techniques.
Experience in developing enterprise implementations of complex Salesforce applications, with reports, workflow, working with several Salesforce objects.
Prior experience integrating with web services.
Experience working with Lightning Web Components and Lightning Experience.
Experience with standard/custom object creation, validation rules, flows, process builders etc.
Solution oriented thinking and ability to define technical solutions.
Strong programming skills.
Active in the Salesforce Trailblazer community.
