Implemented a custom solution to clean up US and Canadian addresses using zip codes to improve data quality.

Org had a lot of duplicate household data that was impacting overall campaign outreach.

Developed a custom solution with combination of real example rules to identify duplicate records and merge the information (for household accounts and contacts).

Needed assistance with admin support and Classic to Lightning migration.

Migration to Lightning Experience,trained the users on the new lightning features and capabilities, implemented Salesforce Inbox, and provided Admin Support.
